At BJ's PJs, we want you to be completely cozy in your purchase. If your pajamas aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your PJs
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached to the garments.

Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
